Our FTP provider has scheduled a required maintenance release for our FTP site. Please see release items below:

- Apply cumulative security patches
- Update infrastructure to newer versions for security and performance improvements
- Complete mandatory Amazon Web Services (AWS) RDS database maintenance

The FTP site will be unavailable for approximately 5 minutes during the maintenance window, which may affect automated import and export processes.

We recommend rescheduling any automated imports and exports that fall within this window.

Fundraisers should start seeing prompts delivered shortly.

Fundraisers should continue to expect to receive 500 errors when trying to use prompts delivered yesterday or before. This is an expected consequence of last night's upgrade. Please see our Nylas Version Upgrade article for full information on this upgrade and what will be required from you.

Fundraisers should expect delayed delivery of their morning prompts until the issue is resolved.

Fundraisers should also expect to receive 500 errors when trying to use prompts delivered yesterday or before. This is an expected consequence of the upgrade last night.
