We have confirmed that Blackbaud has reported a resolution to its open incident affecting NXT and that the remaining data loads have processed overnight. This incident is now resolved and all data for organizations using NXT should now be up-to-date in Raise.

Update
We are continuing to receive Blackbaud server errors when attempting to load data from NXT for some organizations. Certain organizations may continue to see outdated donor data today.
Writebacks are continuing to run successfully and all organizations should be seeing up-to-date Raise actions in their NXT as of this morning.
Our engineers are monitoring the status of these loads and we will update this status site again with additional information as we see the remaining loads go through successfully.

Blackbaud is continuing to report an active issue, but they are reporting improvements to Raiser's Edge NXT and we are seeing successful data loads for most organizations, along with successful writebacks for all organizations.
All organizations should be seeing up-to-date Raise actions in their NXT as of this morning.
Certain organizations may continue to see outdated donor data today as we continue to receive Blackbaud server errors when attempting loads from NXT in certain cases.

Our automated alerts system has detected that Raiser's Edge NXT data loads and writebacks have failed overnight. Our engineers have traced the issue to a major NXT outage being reported by Blackbaud as related to the ongoing global IT outage.

All affected data loads and writebacks will restart automatically, and all actions taken in Raise and via Email Integration will continue to be recorded. Any actions taken during the NXT outage will be saved and synced back to NXT in bulk once the issue has been resolved by Blackbaud.
Organizations using Raiser's Edge NXT as their CRM should expect their donor data and Stewardship prompts to be out of date until the issue is resolved, but should feel comfortable continuing to work in Raise as no work product will be lost.
This incident will receive a status update once Blackbaud has confirmed resolution of the issue and we have confirmed data loads and writebacks have restarted.
